About the class

In the slightly longer container of 1h15 that is her Tuesday evening class, you will practise some gentle somatic movement followed by a stillness and meditation practice, all designed to help you find connection to yourself in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment.

The practices draw on yogic and Taoist philosophies and are a blend of Modern Somatics inspired by Hatha Yoga and Traditional Yin Yoga. We might even bring some Yoga Nidra from time to time!
