Nia — joyful movement

What is Nia?

Nia is a joyful, barefoot fusion of dance, martial arts and mindful healing arts — a feel-good workout for the body, mind and soul. Set to beautiful music and adaptable to every body and every level, it’s movement as celebration rather than punishment.

It is not about getting the steps ‘right’; it’s about discovering the freedom to move in YOUR Body’s Way, the way that feels good to you. Whether you’re a lifelong dancer or have never set foot on a studio floor, you are welcome exactly as you are. Kick off your shoes, let the music guide you, and come home to your body.
