Flo with Clo
Vinyasa flow and guided meditation to move you mindfully through the midweek slump

Meet Chloe
Chloe has been lucky enough to have practised yoga for most of her life — with a mother who is also a yoga teacher and seasoned woo woo woman, she discovered this path early on.
Inspired by her mother, and a few very special women in Belfast who shaped her yoga practice, Chloe decided to train as a teacher in 2023 after a year of wishing upon the moon that she could make it happen. Now as an instructor, she weaves yogic philosophy, poetry, music and a lot of laughs into her classes, where she hopes to teach people to acknowledge what their body, mind and wellbeing need in the present.
Chloe’s classes are dynamic, often with a focus on the breath and usually finishing in a guided meditation. She teaches thematically in six-week blocks to allow students to build an understanding of movement and progress more comfortably towards a steady practice.
She has held poetry workshops, yoga philosophy workshops and teaching blocks dedicated to inversions.
