Restorative Yoga & Sound

Your Sunday evening warm hug — gentle restorative yoga and crystal singing bowls

Clare Browne, restorative yoga and sound facilitator at Barefoot, with her crystal singing bowls

Meet Clare

Clare’s journey into yoga began after several years working in the fast-paced world of television production. Finding yoga opened up a different way of living, helping her reconnect with her body, quieten her mind and discover a deeper sense of connection with herself.

After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Clare continued to explore her interest in holistic wellbeing, training in restorative yoga, sound healing and massage. She has since worked at retreats in Greece and Spain, sharing practices that invite people to slow down and make space for themselves.

Clare is passionate about helping people reconnect with their true nature amidst the busyness of everyday life. Through restorative yoga and sound, she hopes to create a welcoming space where people can pause, let go of expectations and return to a sense of simply being.
